If driverless vehicles ever happen it'll be very limited. Maybe inner cities and parks and the like. It'll not happen in the U.S. anytime soon though for one simple reason: insurance. Nobody is going to insure a multi-billion dollar corporation for full liability on driverless tech when they're fucking killing people with it already. It'll be at least another 50 to 100 years before it takes place on any sort of big scale.It's a good idea but I wonder if it will be finished soon enough to see some use before driver-less vehicles start moving people (rail not needed).

Can confirm.Russia doesn't even have reliable red lights. They'll not be doing driverless cars a century from now.
