A wrongful death lawsuit filed by the parents of Harry Dunn, who police say died after being hit by a vehicle driven by the wife of a U.S. diplomat, will proceed in Virginia, a federal judge ruled Tuesday. The driver, Anne Sacoolas, had asked the judge to dismiss the U.S. case to compel Dunn's family to pursue the lawsuit in U.K. courts.

Sacoolas has admitted to driving on the wrong side of the road when her SUV struck Dunn, who was 19.

About dammed time.

No shit. Can you imagine if some British diplomats wife got hammered, drove on the wrong side of the damn road and killed some blond haired blue eyed American boy and then hauled ass back across the lake and gotten protection from the UK?

It's always the same thing. If an american screws up somewhere else they get special treatment because they're american. Families cry out you can't do that! We're american! But let someone screw up here that's from some other country and all of a sudden it's a crime of the century and the death penalty is on the table. This countries so damned hipocritical it's beyond belief.
