The wife wanted this for her birthday to help keep up with Cosmo's fur drifts.

600 bucks, but there was a sale on so it was "only" 425.

Frankly, I'm skeptical. It's set up now but has to charge for 6 hours before running it through the mapping program.

I have to admit, I'm fairly impressed.

It doesn't do a very good job on the area rugs, but it does a pretty bang up job everywhere else. The best thing about it really is it goes under most of the furniture - sofa's, chairs, etc.

It can't fit under the coffee table or end tables, but that's OK.

I've got it programmed to vacuum Monday, Wednesday and Friday, so it will cut down a lot on Cosmo's fur drifts and the day to day dirt so that it doesn't build up until we clean house on Saturday.

It actually does such a good job, the only thing we'll have to do is vacuum the main living room rug and move the tables to vacuum under them and that's it. The rest is done.

It's a lot of money, but it's actually pretty impressive.

My son's been using one for a couple of years now. He has it play Vader's theme when it launches. With a name like Shark on yours, you may want to contemplate downloading the Jaws theme...
