January 6th Committee.

I'm waiting on the first suicide....

Eastman or Gosar? Or do you have another candidate?
Neither one of them have the balls. If they ever get arrested they'll be crying like the bitches they are and start singing like the fat woman at the end of the opera.

So there's this:

The Jan. 6 Committee is homing in on the top actors linked to Donald Trump’s last-ditch attempt to overturn the 2020 election, newly subpoenaing campaign employees and allies linked to the infamous “war room” that was used to strategize how to reverse the election results.
The committee is demanding testimony from half a dozen denizens of Trump World, including people who met with Trump personally as he tried to deny the election results. On Monday, they subpoenaed John Eastman, Michael Flynn and former New York Police Commissioner Bernie Kerik; as well as campaign staffers Jason Miller, Bill Stepien and Angela McCallum.
And here's the problem:

Why would they show up? After all, Steve Bannon told the January 6th Committee to pretty much kiss his ass and here we are over two weeks later and the DOJ isn't charging him with contempt.

So what on earth makes them think anybody is going to actually give a damn about a congressional subpoena?

I certainly wouldn't. I'd just cry "executive privilege" like Bannon did, give them the one fingered salute and walk away.

They've subpoenad every fucking body now except for Trump himself. Doesn't matter. None of them are going to show up and fucking Garland isn't going to do anything about it.

More veiled threats and shit to the bitter end. Fuck these guys. Seriously. Misdemeanor charges? You really think they give a flying fuck about misdemeanors? They'd face a bigger threat if they ran a redlight or failed to pay a fucking parking ticket.

Our government is a fucking joke. Only in rich upper echelon circles of bullshit do you get away with this shit over and over and over again.

This is just...laughable.

On it's face, it looks good. And then you read what it actually is:
While the records do not include information about the substance of those communications, the panel believes it may be able to learn those details from individuals who are cooperating with the investigation.
Sources tell CNN that most of the phone records subpoenaed by the committee belong to individuals who have also been looked at by the Justice Department for their actions on January 6 but the panel has also requested communications of some people in Trump's inner circle, including Meadows.
Chairman Bennie Thompson confirmed to CNN last week that the committee had not yet subpoenaed the phone records belonging to members of Congress but said that that step is "absolutely" still on the table.
That's complete bullshit. That's exactly where they should have started. Things work from the top down, not the bottom up. All they needed was Boebert's and Green's phone records and the rest would have fallen like a house of cards in a hurricane.

Our government is completely worthless now. They look out for each other and cover up each others crimes so they can make a ton of money.

Boebart and Green would have howled to the media and their follower's for instant relief from that "political witch-hunt" and most likely tried to involve another court.

I believe it's better to build your way up to "all roads lead to mecca" in dealing with these individuals.

You simply need the numbers calling/receiving, geo tags and the time stamps to create the hierarchy (if it's there). There's no need for names until a pyramid emerges.

Burner phones? Unless everyone's been a professional for a decade minimum - someone always takes a sec to call a loved one....always.
