It the green ad you see at the bottom. It is a banner that rises up. The arrow can be used to make it go down...

Wow. I haven't seen one of those before. I'll see what I can do.

Edit to add: I think I fixed it. It said it could take up to an hour for the fix to take effect. Please let me know if you keep seeing those.

That has to be some sort of fluke. I can't find where there's a setting for in post ads anywhere.
